Zoho Is Used By 5.5 Million Users
Popular Software as a Service (SaaS) platform Zoho is ringing in new changes and judging by reports so far, things are looking better than ever. These changes come at the right time in helping Zoho retain the 5.5 million people who now use its service, as well as keep the over 25,000 CRM customers who call Zoho home.
Specifically, Zoho wanted to make the user experience a more visually pleasing and easier one, so the first thing it did was revamp the UI. Now instead of the once clunky UI, users now have a sleek, more organized layout. This should help users better navigate the site and organize their activities better on the platform.
New features are also a big part of the updated Zoho and the inclusion of two new social features seems to be welcomed by most users. One of the big new features is Zoho branded social streaming App called, Pulse. The new streaming feature works much like streaming on other platforms and users can follow fellow employees, post to their stream among other things. Another big social feature is the integration with LinkedIn—something which many felt was ‘long overdue’. This new feature allows automatic updates of LinkedIn profiles directly from Zoho.
All in all, the changes look well received and Zoho can only get stronger from here.
