Doodle Has 10 Million Users

In the schedule-management world, Doodle is king—sort of. The Swiss based start-up is known by many to be provider of the simplest scheduling software and the company now looks keen to get people using the iPad saying the same thing.

To make this a possibility, the company has extended the service to iPad users and is claiming a whopping 10 million users each month. The app works well for people who have to hosts small events or outings and multiple people are involved. The idea to spread Doodle to the iPad came after internal metrics showed a spike in scheduling on mobile devices.

According to CEO Michael Naf, “We’ve seen mobile usage of Doodle triple in each of the last two years. The completely updated iOS app now gives our users the mobile experience they deserve. It’s the most powerful mobile version that we ever had and is a response to the demands of our users who are using Doodle to schedule meetings on mobile devices in ever-increasing numbers.”

People who want to join the easy scheduling bandwagon will have to fork out £1.99 or about $3.50 to get the app. Users who access Doodle on the web still get to keep the free option although there’s also a premium option available.
